Conrad Wouters is a native of Seattle with over 40 years of banking experience. He can do complex residential and commercial real estate financing and oversees the whole operation of the company. His expertice allows him and his staff to to handle a wide variety of situations. Conrad graduated from Queen Anne High School and the University of Washington. Conrad also loves to travel. Larissa Sweeney has worked in the mortgage and Real Estate industry in Seattle for the past 10 years.  Her many faceted experiences in mortgage banking and Real Estate Sales provides the perspective needed to handle a wide variety of mortgage situations. Brett Cullen makes sure that each and every deal gets closed on time. Brett is an integral part of the team here on Eastlake and he is often in contact with the clients of FMC. Mike LaFreniere is a recent graduate of Central Washington University. He is eager to put his economics studies to use as he learns the mortgage business from the inside. He helps with the economic research, answers the phones, files loans, works on the website, and is the office go-to guy for anything that needs to get done. Kate Maxwell makes Federal Mortgage a happier place to work. She is the webmaster as well as the general office knowledge specialist. Despite her youth, she has been around FMC for the past 15 years, so she brings an unprecedented knowledege of the place despite not currently working full-time.
