Conrad is a 40 year veteran of the Seattle banking community and understands both residential and commercial real property financing. We have developed a team that specializes in loans to business owners and we can analyze complex cash flow situations with multiple properties.  Conrad learned the basics of the mortgage business starting by posting mortgage payments on ledger cards at the National Bank of Commerce in 1967, then ended as VP and Manager of the Central Office of Rainier Bank making real property loans all over the Puget Sound.  Conrad is active on the board of Risk Management Associates of Puget Sound, and by chairing the Real Estate Committee keeps current on all types of financing available.
