Going South on I-5
Take the Roanoke Street Exit just south of UW. Take a right on Roanoke, then a left at the next light onto Eastlake. Just past the next light (Louisa) is Louisa's Bakery. The Federal Mortgage parking lot is on the right just past the bakery.
Going West on 520
Take the I-5 North/Roanoke Exit. Stay right and take the Roanoke Exit. At the light (Roanoke Street), take a left. Go straight through the next light. At the bottom of the hill (the 2nd light), take a left onto Eastlake. Just past the next light (Louisa) is Louisa's Bakery. The Federal Mortgage parking lot is on the right just past the bakery.
Going North on I-5
Take the Lakeview Boulevard Exit (last exit before 520). Take a left on Lakeview, and stay with it as it curves under the freeway and then heads back North. Take a left onto Lynn Street (the next light). Take a right onto Eastlake (the next light). Federal Mortgage is on the left just before the next light. A Lake Union Mail Sign is on the building just north of the Federal Mortgage parking lot.
Our building is set back from the street, so if you are going to fast, you may miss it. Look for the blue/green tile front. It's across from a bright red, yellow and green building called the Aries building. |
