Conrad Woutersis a native of Seattle with over 42 years of wide ranging banking experience starting at National Bank of Commerce in 1967. He worked at Rainier Bank the whole time it existed, and left Security Pacific Bank in 1991 and was founder of Federal Mortgage Company because he really felt there was a better way to provide real estate financing. He oversees the whole operation of the company and delights in assembling complex residential and commercial real estate solutions. His extensive experience, business contacts, and team approach enables Federal Mortgage to effectively create a wide variety of financing with excellent terms. Conrad graduated from Queen Anne High School and the University of Washington. Conrad loves to travel and drive around in old cars.
