Happy Clients!

Dear Conrad,

This is a very belated yet heartfelt Thank You for making everything happen so effortlessly on my refinance.  It doesn’t get any better than writing an email, signing a few papers, and making one short trip.  Thank you for all the time, effort and legwork it took to get it done.  You are a Saint!

Sincerely,
Susan P

Go to Federal Mortgage on Eastlake ……..Don't go anywhere else. Conrad Wouters has been a mortgage broker and operated this business for 18 years. Before that, he worked in banking. He's done a several re-fi's and original mortgages for me. He is honest and hardworking and practical and has built his business strictly by referral. I've referred numerous folks to him over the years. Everyone has been satisfied and most have used him again or sent friends. Well, almost everyone……... The only person he could not help was a co-worker of mine with really bad credit who lived with her marginally employed husband in a manufactured home in Pierce County (in other words, hopeless). Nevertheless, he was polite and courteous to them.
